3 teaspoons (tsp) = 1 tablespoon (tbsp)

4 tablespoons = 1/4 Cup (C)

Rice, 1 C uncooked = 3 cups cooked

Sugar, 1 pound = 2-1/4 C

Sugar, 10 pounds = 1154 teaspoons

Macaroni, 1 pound = 4 C uncooked or about 9 C cooked

Imperial to Metric

The measure after the tilde (~) is a reasonable approximation for cooking.
